The numerical reasoning test consists of questions that are answered based on information presented in a corresponding table. The table is displayed with some explanatory notes.

Below each question a choice of answers is presented in a 'drop-down' list. To answer, click on one of the answers you believe to be correct. When you press ‘Proceed’ the next question will be displayed. Whilst you will not be timed in this instance, you would be given an overall time limit or a time limit for each question in a real assessment.

You are advised to use a calculator and rough paper for your calculations.

Sterling exchange rates (£1 =)
  2001 2006

Swedish krona 15.37 13.29
Euro 1.63 1.48
Japanese yen 174.89 233.20
US dollar 1.44 1.96

The table shows the value of sterling against various currencies at the end of 2001 and 2006

You can also use these rates to calculate any of the currencies in comparison with any other
None of the questions involve foreign exchange commissions
